ABOUT ME
As a trauma-informed facilitator, I help people release old cycles, align their energy, and step into the life their soul knows is possible. My approach gently addresses the body, mind, emotions, energy, spirit, and ancestral layers — creating safe, non-judgmental space for your natural transformation.
This work is deeply rooted in my own healing journey. For years I was trapped in cycles of substance use, trauma, mental health struggles, and self-sabotage. Traditional therapy and support groups offered some relief, but they never fully reached the deeper layers. A pivotal shift happened when I discovered powerful multi-level healing approaches that helped me release generational wounds and cultivate true self-compassion.
Today I live in alignment, freedom, and joy. Life flows more easily, and I now guide others through the same gentle, profound process I walked myself.
I’m especially well-suited to support free thinkers, energy healers, and those who show up and do the work — people ready to move beyond self-sabotage and procrastination into the life they truly dream of.
Jonathan · Freedom, Love & Alignment Alchemist
My core belief: Real transformation happens when we meet ourselves with gentleness and compassion instead of force.
If you’re ready to release what’s heavy and step into greater alignment, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
